On the way home from work today the DVT ran about 10 degrees hotter than usual and the engine was really buzzy-- Could feel the buzzing in the foot pegs and grips. Would've have thought I was on a BMW S1000XR if I didn't know better. ;)

Fuel is 91 premium (r+m/2) 10% ethanol. I'm not convinced the freaking ethanol stays in suspension evenly throughout the fuel. I'm wondering if the alcohol in the fuel was trying to phase separate and was in higher concentration at the bottom of the tank where the fuel pickup draws and that is what caused this.

Oh. Sport mode. As if there is any other. :)

I think that every motorized vehicle I've ever owned has felt like it ran better on some days than on others. I've always attributed it to variables in fuel, weather, my mood. Who knows....

Even my riding lawnmower can feel 'buzzy' some weekends, depending on how many Coronas I've had.:wink2:
