I recently picked up a 2019 950S and I am loving it so far. I am perplexed, however, with this spring icon and down arrow on the left hand controls. Can you enlighten me as to what it is for?

Remote preload? Height adjustment? Should say in the Owner's Manual.

Just updated the location info and made a Welcome post. This spring icon indicates that the button above can be held down to adjust the suspension settings, without having to dig through the entire menu to get to that setting adjustment.

Specifically it allows you to “quickly” select the preload: rider, rider+passenger, rider+luggage and rider+passenger+luggage. You should feel (& see/hear) the suspension raise/lower.

I strongly suggest that you carefully read the manual as there is a lot of stuff that can be adjusted to suit and it would be a shame to not understand how to make use of it all (that’s what you’ve paid a lot of money for)
