So my pcIII is grounded to my battery and i had to remove the battery and its going to be out for awhile,is there anything special that needs to be done once i reinstall the battery in a few weeks since the power commander is unhooked now or will everything be just like i left it regarding the map that is in there? I won't have to load a new map in or anything will I?

No, it will retain the map.
