I recently got the bike from a seller. He had it sitting for a while and said it needed a tune up and a new battery. I got a new battery and I did the oil change and changed both spark plugs but it won’t turn start. I keep hearing a clanking noise and Idk what it is.

How long is "a while"??
Where does the clanking noise come from?
Do you hear the fuel pump priming when you try to start the bike?
Is the bike turning over the engine, but just not catching? or is the bike not cranking?

I'd be very wary, pull the plugs and turn it over by hand first to see if you meet any mechanical resistance (think slipped timing belt).

If that's OK then it's more likely to be a Sprag clutch (clanking noise). If the Left side engine cover is where the noise is loudest.

Either way, take it slow just to be sure.
