That's pretty funny. Most folks are in a pretty damn good mood when they are buying their new Ducati, and will fill out a form declaring their satisfaction for almost everybody in sight.

It's when they come back for service several months later the bloom falls off the rose, so to speak. Then they come here to bitch about it. Where's the "One Year Later" dealer survey? :think:

The survey is a prospect survey so it isn't measuring what buyers say. The survey is conducted using mystery shoppers which then report back how the various dealerships treated them as motorcycles purchasing prospects.
