I've searched to no avail.
Is there a running list of what parts from which bikes will fit what? E.g. fork swaps between triples, swingarm swaps, etc.
If not.... is there an interest in making one?

DesmoDuck has put together a nice tool for looking up parts and compatibility. Although, it sounds like you're interested in making upgrades and modifications. I don't think that kind of list exists.
