Haven't ridden a 749, but I do have an MV F4 SR (SPR motor in red/silver). Used to have a 916, but now have an ST3 (for longer rides!!!).
Ireckon that the MV will feel heavier than the twin, but the sound of an MV on full throttle - well, I really appreciate a twin, but ride an MV and see for your self.
The answer is simple - you need an MV and Duc.... only way to go. They are different and sometimes you just feel more like 4 than 2, and other times its the other way around. Another option for a twin is the Bimota DB5 (with Ducati engine) .... now one of them would be so goood..........
