Hi, I’m looking for tyre recommendations. I want a good set of dual purpose tyres for my 2014 Multistrada.
I want to go on a mixture of harsh dirt roads and tracks to bitumen seal roads on an around Australia ride.
Thanks in advance.

G'day Walshy, I'm using Metzeler Karoo and they seem pretty good - hard wearing, good grip on the black stuff, good grip on the gravel.
Best of luck on your ride, if you come near Port Macquarie, N.S.W. look me up.

TKC80 is a great tire for what you describe. I only got 6000 km out of the rear, but would choose them again.

Hey Walshy, there's a pretty good article here with various Adv tyres for different surfaces:

The issue with the TKC 80 is the wear rate on the road. I'd go for the 70 over the 80.

Some good choices here: Adventure Motorcycle Tyres - Large range. UK Stock. Next Day Delivery

As well as the tyres mentioned above, check out the Kenda K784 Big Block and the Anlas Capra X
