is it possible to fit different sized top cases on top of the rack for the 46 liter ducati top box?
the ducati box looks like the givi v46 so wondering if other smaller givi monokey cases would fit?

Yup, believe they will fit. Ducati used to offer two sizes for the top box too, but the smaller size was achieved with a different top that didn't rise up as far as the 46. It's easy enough to check with Givi USA. Give 'em a call at 877-679-4484 and talk to Paul if you can. He's very knowledgeable and willing to help.
