I'm not opposed to buying a demo, it just has to make sense monetarily for me.
A motorcycle purchase I think most will agree is a luxury/passion purchase. So my feeling on it is buy what you really want. My dealer tried very very hard to sell me a 2012 (new) he had, and almost had me with some incentives. But in the end I really felt if I was spending this kind of money I wanted a 13 with the updates. The price difference wasn't enough to convince me.
On a demo the price difference if enough could be something to entice me as long as there's not a huge difference in the product.
