Dead battery under warranty???

Wouldn't a dead battery be covered under warranty? 03' 999, I'am still under warranty!!!!!

I'am going to go after this with my dealer!!

why bother, the shop will tell you to bring your bike in and then three months later they will call you to say the battery is on back order. buy a new one yourself. get one here.
