BIG NEWS!!! - Boston Moto announces the Boston Moto Endurance Challenge on September 1st at New Jersey Motorsports Park (Lightning Course)!
Join Boston Moto at New Jersey Motorsports Park on September 1st for the most anticipated day of track riding on the 2009 Boston Moto calendar. The Boston Moto Endurance Challenge is an amateur 4-hour, team endurance race; intended as an alternative to the average trackday, this will be a FUN event for trackday junkies and amateur racers alike.
Bring 4 people, 1 bike and plenty of food, water and gas to the track for a jam-packed day of riding with a little competition and bragging rights thrown in the mix. Strategy, pit-crew, pit-boards, and even some creative paint schemes and team apparel are welcome!
There will be trophies for top finishers, prizes and plenty more up for grabs at the ONLY Amateur Endurance Challenge of it's kind for 2009. Here are all the details:

- Riders participating in the Endurance Challenge on Tuesday may sign up for Monday's trackday for just $100 per rider CLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR MONDAY'S TRACKDAY
- Each set of Pirelli's purchased by pre-order by a team for the endurance race receives 1 free entry to the Sept. 1 trackday.
- No "spec" tire is required for the Endurance Challenge. Pirellis are available on-site by Boston Moto.
- Regardless of brand, NEW tires are required the day of the race.
- All prizes for podium teams in each class are in Boston Moto gift certificates. (Boston Moto gift certificates are usable against all of our products including Pirelli tires, Pit-Bull products, Chickenhawk products and 2010 Boston Moto trackdays. Gift certificates do not expire and are fully-transferable.
For each class (Heavyweight, Middleweight and Lightweight):
1st prize $500 plus trophy
2nd prize $250
3rd prize $125
Riders / Teams: No restrictions on rider entries. Maximum 60 minutes on-track session per rider per turn. ALL riders must be approved by Boston Moto at our August 31st trackday prior to the Endurance Challenge, or hold a valid racing license.
Safety Requirements:
- All usual trackday requirements for bikes + gear (full leathers, full gauntlet gloves, racing boots and SNELL / DOT Approved Helmet no more than 3 years old).
- Bikes must pass full racing type technical inspection (full tech requirements TBA, but expect full safety wire requirements and NO coolant will be allowed, only water w/ water wetter will be permitted)
- All personnel on pit row must have long sleeves
- All personnel involved in fueling must have gloves
- Refueling MUST be done with rider OFF the bike
- Fire extinguisher MUST be present and aimed at bike during refueling

Entry Deadline Terms: There is a minimum participation requirement for this event, if the minimum # of teams are not met by the entry deadline, the event will be run as a regular trackday. Team entry fees may be applied towards trackday entries for either date at NJMP or the sole remaining Boston Moto Trackday at NHMS on Sept. 30th.

There are NO sanctioning points being allocated, no contingency to win, and no grudges to be settled.
