what is the best cleaner for the wheels with out removing anodizing and for getting minor scratches out of plastic

I find the Honda Spray Cleaner and Polish works great on everything. Takes grease and chain-fling right off with a paper towel or rag. I use it to clean the entire bike between full washings.
