Chopped the tail on my 04' M1000s after getting tired of looking at the beer tray all the time, debated it for some time because it's a very low mile clean bike but was well worth it.

chopped the Arrows down first, put them in the bandsaw and cut over 6 inches out of them. Was a pretty straight forward process just had to re-drill and re rivet. Took maybe an hour.

Looks good. I can’t tell you how hard it was for me to cut that frame. But it’s worth it. :)
