Some might argue Ducati "took advantage" of the rules? Yes, they did....and? It's not like they cheated! What about people who write off the interest they pay on their mortgages, or dinners with customers as a business expense or ask for receipts for charitable donations for income tax shelters? Are they doing anything wrong by "taking advantage" of the rules?
