Got this 999R fender on ebay its coming today wondering what installation will entail.

As you can see, and as many of you R owners already know, the fender looks like it wraps more than half way around the fork stanchions or tubes. Tell me I don't have to drop the forks in order to install this. Should'nt be too tough though since she currently looks like this.
