I have completed my 12k service and after riding it a couple times It seems I have a leak from the horizontal cylinder. I found oil inside the cam cover, so i removed the rocker pin cover and resealed with gasket dressing "hylomar racing" any way i thought it was fixed, but after short ride found more oil, it leaks down onto the v fairing. It appears it may be the horizontal exhaust cam on the pulley side. My question is do you know what I can do to stop the leak? I was going to just replace the two cam o-rings but I am unsure if that would fix the problem. Can i seal it with gasket dressing even if there is no gasket there? Any help would be appreciated.

I have a slight leak at my cam on the pulley side too. It is blowing a little bit of oil into my belt cover area. Can anyone help us out?

Most likely the cam seal itself. Pull the cover off and look behind the pulley - if it’s wet like being flung, probably the shaft seal. Clean it off then run it, look again. May be the plate.
