my research suggests that the r1 throttle tube will fit various models,but i cant find an answer for fitment on a 900ssie
has anyone done this?
buying new genuine parts here is a nightmare of waiting and expence,so im looking for a faster easy option to replace my throttle tube

I had to replace the throttle tube on mine and found it wasnt that bad. They had them in stock and it came with new hand grips. Only sold as a set. I dont think the tube is sold on its own.

From my experience with Yamaha though, the parts generally both cheaper and more expensive, depending on what you are getting, but one thing is for sure, Ducati i have never had to wait and Yamamha its always 1 to 2 weeks away...

I think I have a Sbk throttle tube w. grip around if you need one. PM me if you're interested and I'll check to see if I still have it.
