So recently I've been doing some work on the carbs of my 99 m750- rejetting, tuning, etc. Well, when I went to pull the carbs off the last time, the fuel pump kept spitting up gas where I pulled the fuel line that goes from the pump to the carbs. This hadn't happened before, so I was wondering if this was a broken petcock, or is something wrong with the pump itself. Any ideas? And what would be the effects of running on a broken one or the other?
