Front brakes.

using a vacuum hand pump::

is it possible to bleed the reservoir only via just the top MC bleed nipple...

then, replace the reservoir and fill with fluid....

then, pressurize and clear the lines via the top nipple as well?

****

roughly thinking about it - if i dont loose fluid at the caliper nor add too much air below the MC... would pumping the brake and keeping a vacuum using the hand pump remove the small air gap at the top nipple?

thoughts?

It would seem to me that pumping the brake would drive the air bubbles towards the calipers and you would be fighting the system.

I bench bleed the MC then force fluid from the calipers up to the MC.
