I'm considering purchasing the Bitubo KFork Valve Kit for the Showa Forks on my 848. I found it on DesmoWorks website- http://www.desmoworks.com/index.php?...roducts_id=324

Has anybody purchased or installed this kit on either an 848 or 1098? Says it's made for the Showa forks used on both bikes. Looking for reviews and whether or not it's worth the money. Thanks!

Motoyoyo,
Did you end up trying this kit? I just picked up a 996 that the P.O. says have upgraded forks, but the rebound adjusters are completely buggered up (maybe the forks came from a crasher?). Since I will likely have to dig into the forks, I started thinking about upgrading internals while I'm in there.
