I have a red sport classic with a monoposto seat the bike was moded this way.
I'd like to trade my present set up for a biposto setup with a red cowling.
Now I don't want to spend money.... so a straight swap in the LA So Cal area is what I'm looking for, not a Nigerian Bride. Anybody?

Good luck with your quest, dogtownducati. Just two quick observations.
I have both seats, and can report that the monoposto seat is significantly lighter. Also, I've mixed and matched seats and cowls, and although the cowl part numbers may be different, they are in fact interchangeable.
No Nigerian brides (or offers of commisions for bank transfers)

Alternative is to turn yours into a monoposto.
What do you need? a swingarm? cut off the triangles?

Question: is your seat the "comfort seat" or is it just a regular mono seat?

if it's the comfort seat I may be interested...otherwise there is no point for me, sorry.

my bike is black but you can keep your cowl, as stated above, they are interchangeable. I'll just have to include the leather piece that is used on the biposto seats.

attached is what the comfort seat looks like. I think the regular mono does not have the horizontal stitch in the middle and has a more shiny finish vs matte for the comfort seat, so it should be easy to spot... (anyone else care to point out further differences?)

Yes it's as your pix shows(a comfort seat) but my seat is black on top, the sides are dark gray.
