With fear of being shouted at,
I was told from Vee Two engineering bigger throttle body's were good for 4 hp I am not sure of the sizes as I can't remember 42 to 44??? any one have wisdom on this

There is a point at which you start to lose low-mid range power due to lower intake charge velocity. That comes before you reach maximum intake runner diameter. So, you will continue to gain top end HP while you lose low-mid range drivability. This is OK for a dragster, but sucks for a street driven engine. A track-only engine will fall somewhere between.

Totally agree. So, it may give you the peak increase they claim, but that doesn't mean you'll be happy with the results. You need to know the comparison of the entire power curve, not just the peak.
