Is there anyone in the Twin Cities that has a belt tension meter I could borrow while I do the timing belts on my Streetfighter? I have been looking around at auto parts stores to see if they rent these meters but I have had no luck let.
Some people have had good success with phone apps. Others use a free program for Windows on a laptop with a microphone. There's been quite a lot of discussion on the topic. Try a forum search for belt tension.
