I saw a couple older posts about the defective valve guide material and it got me thinking

So according to some threads it says engine #'s FROM
WAB6026193 for Paul Smart
WAB6026147 for SC1000

My question is how to interpret the FROM? Does that mean engines with #'s higher than this are suspect?

As far as i know Ducati has changed the material for a better one starting from these numbers up
