Anyone tried this product? http://www.axio-usa.com/tailbag_red.html

Can you comment on the fit and colour match...?
Hey Jeff,

I have the Axio tail bag for my GT, but in black. I used it for a multi-day trip through Arizona and thought it performed well. It fit pretty nicely on the back of my GT and left me plenty of room on the saddle.

My impressions of it:

PROS:
Good quality product. Looks sharp on the bike. I believe is also comes with a small net to secure other items on top.

CONS:
Size: it's a great place to store those frequently used items, but don't expect it to hold a lot. I think I was most disappointed by the amount of storage it afforded.

Straps: It has velcro mounting straps that opted not use (I bungied it to my saddlebag mounts). Axio really should have built in some pockets or other storage option when the straps are not use. I had to fold them up and rubberband them. Not an elegant option but it works.

I recommend it for riders who either don't want a tank bag or just need a little bit of extra storage on the bike.

I can probably post some pics if you like,

Inexpensive Faux Cafe

I bought an Axio for the modest amount of storage it has plus it gives a faux cafe racer look to my GT inexpensively. What do you think?

Sorry about the link. I still can't get the Manage Attachments to work with my Mac - I just get a file upload failed (no matter what the size of the jpeg).
