i have a customer with a "new" 89 model - has 8km on it. all original, except some muppet cut the bottom of the rego plate mount off.

Cool bike either way.

When my SP3 delivered to me it also had its original Hi-Sports on it. Perfectly scrubbed by Mr. Lawson (and allegedly Messrs Doohan and Rainey, at some point). It had 360 odd miles on it. However, it was only 4 years old at that time not, 29. I should have dismounted them immediately and saved them for posterity but, alas, I merely squared them off (relatively speaking) and tossed them.

I have a friend that has 5 Jacobs radials sitting in his yard, corroding. 1 of them is supposed to be a runner.
