I need some place a bit closer to home than Moto Servizio and apparently SoCal Ducati services ducatis press fleet (according to them) Anyone have any experience with their service?
--- Moto Servizio ---
I cannot say how this shop is but I have yet to hear any complaint other than "it needs to be closer to me". I just had my service done at a "Ducati Dealership" here in the OC and I have been screwed, now I am going to drive the extra and take it to Scott like I should have in the first place and have him fix it the way it should be.
I have had many bad experiences at many different Ducati Dealerships. I don't like to trash talk the dealers but "if the truth hurts you are only kidding yourself". Most of the dealers I have been to (flat out) SUCK !
And quite a few dealers claim to service the bike of "insert big name here".
I would NEVER compromise good service because of mileage.
Personally im willing to make the drive out there, the problem is, nobody is willing to make the drive to pick me up, and i cant sit there for 8-10 hours (which is what they quoted me over the phone for how long it takes)
first time i went there their parts guy tried to convince me that the 46mm swing arm nut was the 42mm one, even after i told him that i took it off with a 46mm attachment, so im a little wary of them.
