http://www.rnrcycles.com/ has had a good rep for dyno tuning. Don't know about Ducwork but a bike's a bike; I'm sure he can figure it out.

Don't totally discount Coleman's. I've heard good things about Casey (former owner of Fairfax Cycles) at the Woodbridge location.

DucPond Motorsports in Winchester has a good reputation. http://www.ducpond.com/index.html
I bought my Hyper there and routine service was a pleasant experience. The owner, Donnie Unger, is very knowledgable and seems to care about pleasing his customers. Since they are a bit off the beaten path, their prices are quite competitive.

RNR knows the PC well. DucPond is absolutely fantastic--with a superb knowledge of Ducs. I've had great experience with Battley in MD as well.

You cannot go wrong with DucPond. They are widely considered to be one of the best Ducati shops in the country. Battleys has a good tech as well. 2 good options. You should join the Mid Atlantic Ducati Owners Club to get all of this first hand.
