It's just tubular steel. Any good fabricator should be able to repair whatever damage your frame has.

There is a seller in Japan that is currently parting out an F1. You could contact him to see if he still has the frame:

Yeah they make those frames, they only show steel but I bet they would make you one out of Ti. I've dealt with them before and they do great work.
