Hi, I recently got my hands on a DP race ECU for my 2007 sportclassic biposto. I'll eventually get some termi's but I want to see if there's anybody that can do the install for me. I could pretty much install it myself but I don't know how to reset the TPS. Thanks.

Give Jim a call at Advanced Cycle Services in San Jose - 408.299.0508. He looks after my bikes and I wouldnt take them anywhere else now. He provides photos of all the work he does, saves the parts to show you whats been replaced etc and is really helpful.

there is no reason to install the DP ECU without the termi & airbox changes too. adjusting the TPS for the DP ECU & still using the stock exhaust defeats the whole point. you are adjusting the TPS for the mapping in the ECU for the correct air/fuel mixture that the stock airbox & exhaust cannot handle. so you should wait until you get the termi & airbox before installing the ECU.
My original post was not clear, I will have all the parts when I’m ready to have the work done.
I have been really happy with work done by Lucy Carrera at Moto Lucia Moto Lucia. She really knows Ducatis, is extremely thorough, and very reasonable. It’s another option for you - highly recommended.

You could also try Munroe Motors in SF. They are the Ducati dealer, among other brands, but it's where I have my MTS 1260s serviced, and have been very happy with them.

They don't do any exhaust and ECU modifications because of CARB.

Desmoto Sport on 17th Street in SF is the place I have my Gt1000 serviced. They've been in business for quite a while and know their stuff.
Based on my own experience, I will not take my bike to Munroe Motors ever again.

Monroe Motors is insanely overpriced and doesnt have a clue on how to work on newer Ducati’s. Id stay away…

i wouldn't necessarily go to Desmoto Sport either, I found them to be expensive.

Curious what your experiences are. Mind sharing? I definitely don't to take my bike to a place with known issues on service. TIA.
