I wouldn't even THINK about buying aftermarket belts to save money. If someone had a product out there that was superior to the OEM belts, that would be worth considering

If a cam belt fails, you have a very expensive pile of scrap between your legs.

I used the Bucci belts on my 900. They came recommended by California Cycleworks and Desmotimes, and I figured that was good enough for me. :cool:

Not available for the DS1000 motor though. OEM is the only option at this time.

Be glad you don't have a Testastretta motor as in my 998 - $209 for belts! :eek:

FLENNOR also makes high quality belts for Ducati... they are way cheaper than OEM but i don't know if they're available in the US

Does anyone have the exact specifications?
