I need to get "more" slip out of my ducati course 4 spring slipper clutch, uts a bit too grabby when i enter the corner.

I know you can adjust stack heigt to get more and less and that the gap should be 0,5 to 2.0 mm.

Anybody got the manual for this clutch didnt get any when a bought it.

So whitch way is it thinner och thicker stack haigt to get more slip?

Thinner. The force pushing the clutch plates together decreases as you reduce the amount the springs are compressed. The shorter the stack height, the lower the spring force and the easier it will slip.
