Bike rand great before I started.

I thought I was done with this now it only runs on the Vertical Cylinder. I have fuel and spark to the Horz and it warms the exhaust pipe but no pop. With the tank up, I observe it blowing out through the throttle body.

I either put the cams in wrong. Is this even possible?

Or, I really screwed the timing up bad. Each cylinder I found the TDC and
I calculated by turning the engine normal rotation until 40thousands of lift then back around past 40 thousandths, then proper rotation to 40 thousandths.
add those 2 numbers + 180 divide by 2 subtract the smaller number to get the lobe center. I used Brad Black's number of 107/107. I must have missed.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Found the problem. I let the drive pulley move one tooth when I double checked the vert head. Bike is much happier now!
