You could check srsigndesigns.com I don't recall seeing that on there, but I do know he does custom decals.

The attached pdf may help those who want to replicate the design. The layout fits the flatter wider 916 tank. 1999 and newer tanks are slightly different in shape; the layout may need adjustment to fit those tanks.
