Hey guys, just after some advice.
I will be getting a std flywheel lightened soon and when I install it, is it worth replacing the sprag as a matter of course, or only after inspection?
The bike has done 65000km and has no issue starting, but maybe worth looking at while it's apart?

are you having any starting issues?

If not i'd leave it because replacing just the starter sprag clutch by itself is a false economy, you really need to do the flange and driven gear as well.
It only takes a few thou of wear in the assembly to cause starting issues and replacing only one piece, the clutch still leaves the inner and outer worn surface. It's about $1000 (AUD) in parts to do the job properly.....

No starting issues at all. I will give it a visual inspection at the time then, but aim to just bolt it back together.
Cheers
