My original clutch slave is leaking, and the paint has come off the slave itself so I'm not going to bother rebuilding it. Rather than going with the factory parts, I decided to go with an Oberon aftermarket slave based on some research. Seems to be highly praised by the Ducati community in general.

I have a Mityvac fluid extractor with the brake bleed attachment, so can I use this to bleed the clutch system, rather that using the old-world squeeze the lever method?

Thanks!

Yes, you can use the Mityvac. I've never bothered, though I have owned one for longer than I've been a Duc owner (25 years). Lots of folks do.
