Hi guys, I'd like to upgrade my steel swing-arm 03'620sport, to a 900SS aluminium one. My first question is will it fit? If not what are the options. And second how much will it hurt the geometry if it all.

Cheers

all supersport swingarms from 1991-2006 interfere, they are all the
same proportion wise, no geometry changes as far as i know,
they even share the 17mm rear axle through all these years.
later i.e. bikes got a rear shock that is 2cm longer though.

cheers.

Swingarm Transplant - Patient okay!

I replaced my steel swingarm on my (once upon a time '89 900SS) with one out of a 900SS/1000SS DS. Shimming was a pain but no worries. Check out my pics on the site.

Having said that my frame has been modified at some stage to accept the later model '91 on shock etc, and I don't know about your frame specs so wouldn't want to comment as to geometry.
