I have the local Dealer looking into a Service Manual for my bike. I'm told it's a DVD. This is a first but I guess logical. Next step is online and no need to buy a manual at all. Anyone else order one?

Chain Lube? Man that stuff on the chain looks thick, applied by brush? I usually use Bel-Ray Super Clean spray lube. What's everyone else using?

Don't tell me...read the faq and use the Search function...

I bought the manual online. eBay. That's for the 1098 though.

I don't think chain lube really matters. Everyone has their own personal brand preference. Regular maintenance and care matters more than brand. Personally I use the DuPont stuff.

I got a cd rom manual of eBay for the SF 1098,great investment and cheap!
I use Wurth high performance dry chain lube,no mess cause it does what it says on the tin

it's right there in your manual: clean with kerosene, soak in 30 weight motor oil, then hang to drip dry...oops sorry!, that was out of the manual for my 1971 Honda SL350, I use Maxima Chain Wax for the Duc.
