Are there any difference between the frames on the 99+ 750SS and the 800SS?

Apart from the colour ? no

I have cross referenced part numbers from 750SS, 900SS, 620S, 800SS and 1000SS and all have the same part number...

Section 19 of the parts manuals.
Part number: 470.1.042.1BA
Description: Frame

This was across different year models as well. 06 1000SS, 03 620SS, 04 800SS, 00 900SS and 01 750SS.
