I lived in Rome for 3 years, had a 748 while I was there. Was good friends with a number of Ducati Mechs. When I told them I had a Power Commander 3 on my 996 SPS, they told me to...and I quote: "Take that shit off of there man. Those things are for Jap bikes"
Not what you want to hear, I know, but thats most likely why you aren't getting any joy on that side of the pond.
Would you ever consider going with a custom EPROM and a good tune job from a good mechanic instead of a PC3? IF so, I might be able to stear ya to the right people.
