So the semi-active rear shock for my 2015 DVT is not serviceable by the dealer. I'm wondering if there are any companies out there that can do a "refurb" sort of maintenance on the thing?

TIA

Can't promise anything, but you can try ProPilot suspension in New Jersey. They are the only shop in North America I know of that does service work on the Sachs semi-active modules, everyone else considers them a remove and replace part.

Be aware that removing one of these shocks is reportedly a major PITA, you basically have to dissemble the entire motorcycle due to how the control wire is routed through the bike.
