I'm thinking about getting a Termi can for my 2018 M797. I had a 696 some time ago and upgraded the cans. I remember there being some sort of ECU Map (hardware?). Wondering if the M797 requires any tune or mapping for the Termi slip on exhaust.

I just pulled the trigger on some termi Slip-Ons for my 1200r. After searching around and not wanting to spend on the set with the map and air filter I decided just the slip ones would Be fine. There is sating it will be lean. But the diameter that enters the slip on will be same. And my last termi slip ons on my last bike nose you added the dB silencers the exit got smaller.

I truly don’t think Slip-Ons make much difference. After doing it both ways. Adding a racing ecu, reflashing ecu and such. I’m Just looking for growl.
