I have 22k miles on my bike now, and the clutch feels like it's not fully disengaging when I pull the lever in. It's become a bit clunky when downshifting (especially from 2nd to 1st). I've flushed the master and slave cylinders with no improvement. If I adjust the clutch lever out for additional pull distance, that helps, but it's not comfortable/natural reaching that far.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I had the same issue on mine but flushing the fluid fixed the issue without any other adjustments required. Where is your friction zone? Is it right near the grip?

Actually, the friction zone is way out at the end of the lever stroke, and very small.

My fluid decided to shit the bed at the start of a long weekend ride and I fought with it the whole trip. Got home and bled the hell out of it and it's been fine since.
