I work at a bike shop and frequently do for seals. I'd call that about a 2. I'd give a SealMate a try. For $10 it's worth it to see if there's a chunk of gunk in there causing the weep.

Att'd a pic of a 9. If the fluid starts running down over the fork lower, take action. If it gets on your brake pads/rotors, it'll ruin pads.

Very minor , use sealmate or a homemade version of it , I cut a pc. of plastic off a 1 gallon milk jug and shaped it like sealmate , worked great , no more leak .

Did my '13 with a 35mm film negative cut in a C hook shape. Stopped the seeping, could see a tiny bit of dirt come out.
