My bike started this today while I was heading to work. I was rounding a corner 4th gear 90% throttle right peg a few inches off the ground and the engine cut out for half a second with no red flash from the dash.
Then this evening heading home I was entering the highway full throttle and it did it again only this time it cut out then caught, cut out and caught in a totally random way until I let off and rolled it back on went about 14 miles and tried hammering down again same result like turning the ignition off then cutting it back on with the throttle wide open.....a very violent way to go through a turn to say the least, stood the bike straght up tried to roll on again and it cut out for good that time and coasted down the road almost to a stop making induction noises like a bike with the throttle open and no spark once again no flashing red light I rolled totally out and downshifted and rolled back on and it was back so I pulled it into the garage.
It is not backfiring when it does this, the bike is a 2012 Multi S Touring with 4700 miles on it and a full Termi, does anyone know what could be causing this?
