i'd say shrink fit more than press. ime they're very tight.

2010 Ducati Monster 696 steering stem
Hi everyone,
I’m customizing a Honda (sorry) with a Monster 696 front end. I’m in the process of fitting my forks to the Honda frame. I’m thinking of making a completely new steering stem to take Honda bearings.
Does anyone know if the stem is pressed in or threaded?
