I added the Motoelectric Hicap kit to my 2005 749s, everything was simple, I left the bike running and got an engine light, with voltage showing H on the dash.
Any tips or is this common? Voltage was fine prior. I'm going to check the actual voltage with a meter tonight after work. I checked...
I have Allen keys. The regular L shaped ones.
And some that work as a ratchet...
But the torx are only the Ratchet pieces.
In General as I start doing my own general maintenance which will I use more?

A question about replacing a black key only ignition with red/black key ignition as in attached photo:
Can the replacement ignition be plugged in and both red/black keys to function as well as the code card?
Both ignitions are compatible otherwise.
I'm looking at S4RS models and a lot of them have plastic tanks. Handmade replacement tanks seem really expensive.
What 'good' cost effective options exist? Factory tanks? Aftermarket tanks? Retofit options from similar models?
