I have a 999 shop manual for engine work but want to install an alarm and need a wiring diagram for the bike, especially the wiring going to the ignition switch. I found a 998s Bayliss download but I can hardly read it. I was wondering if anyone knows of a 998s FE US Model specific workshop manual that is available. If not what could I use for the wiring for my bike? Is there a 998 Version available online that I could use for the wiring?

Download the 998FE owners manual from http://www.ducati.com/en/bikes/service/manuals/2004.jhtml?family=manuals whilst it's not a service manual there is a wiring diagram on the last page.

My dealer said that Ducati actually offered a Shop Manual for the 998 but when he looked for it he said it was no longer available??

Thanks for the suggestions. Did try duc.nu but I did not see a 998 Workshp manual there unless I am missing something. I will keep looking.
