I think I have the new style small pin 12mm. According to the guy at bevelheads (who has a nasty cold btw) there is no such thing as a rebuild kit for this MC on this bike (how is that even possible?)

I have seen some threads on other sites where guys will order two different rebuild kits and take this from that and rebuild it. Anyone have any specific info? Or maybe point me to a better part. It seems to me that the fail rate for brembo clutch MC is extremely high for some reason.

How about another make that will fit and work? I am looking for some specific info...any help appreciated.

Good news! on a hunch, I took the clutch basket cover off, and I had stacked the clutch plates wrong, and the outermost clutch ring with teeth had jumped out of the basket and holding everything together, not allowing the clutch to open/release. I knew I did something wrong, because all the clutch plates wouldnt fit in the basket, the last (outermost) one was not in the basket, it had jumped out. .

I put the double steel rings on the inside instead of the outside, and it was wrong, so all better now. (For those of you who have never taken apart a motorcycle clutch, I feel for you as this will make no sense).
